V-belts
Optibelt V-belts are of the highest quality.
V-belt transmissions are the most commonly used power transmission solutions. They have the advantage of low initial cost, easy serviceability, easy replacement of damaged belts, high force transfer ratios, and the ability to transfer a wide range of speeds. The disadvantages are lower transmitted forces and lower efficiency. In the vast majority of cases, the V-belt consists of a tensile filament, a rubber body and a textile cover. V-belts are manufactured single as standard, for special applications multiple belts are made connected on the outer circumference.
