Product detailed description
Aramid prestressed cord has extremely low elongation compared to common materials such as polyester. The breaking strength is at the same cord diameter almost double. Nevertheless, the fiber is extremely flexible. High-quality specially treated aramid cord is embedded in a rubber compound. It is supported by an upper and lower structure.< /span> This consists of a polychloroprene rubber compound with transverse fibers. The abrasion-resistant cover fabric is coated with a special rubber compound and covers the entire belt.
High-performance V-belts Optibelt BLUE POWER according to ARPM/MPTA have the same structure and properties as V-belts belts according to DIN 7753.
V-belts Optibelt BLUE POWER profile 8V/25N according to ARPM/MPTA have the dimensions of the wedge: width of the upper surface of the belt 25 mm x height of the belt 23 mm.
Electrically conductive according to ISO 1813.
