V-belts Optibelt VB profile 5 according to DIN 2215 have the dimensions of the wedge: width of the upper surface of the belt 5mm x height of the belt 3mm.

Strap Design

classic optibelt VB v-belts consist of polyester tension fiber - it is standard for all profiles and cross-sections, the design meets the requirements of each profile. The fiber is specially impregnated and then embedded in a special rubber compound that is homogeneously connected to the top layer and the core. Thanks to special processing, it optibelt VB v-belt has extremely little stretch. The fabric cover is treated with a wear-resistant rubber compound. This makes the belt resistant to oil, high and low temperatures and the effects of dust. optibet VB belts are antistatic (ELOIL). Optibet VB belts are mutually adjustable in L=C values, without the need to adjust according to lengths.
