These are flat seals mostly made of NBR rubber. Unlike die-cut gaskets, these rings are manufactured either by turning or pressing in a mold. They therefore have much lower dimensional tolerances.
R-rings are defined by inner diameter (d1), outer diameter (D) and thickness (H).
